1st Birthday

Colorful Garden First Birthday
A whimsical garden-inspired first birthday celebration filled with handcrafted details and vibrant color.
Soft sage-green and neutral sheer draping creates the backdrop, framed by an abundance of colorful florals. Oversized paper flowers were individually handmade, adding dimension and an artistic, one-of-a-kind element to the design. A coordinating floral number “1” serves as the centerpiece of the backdrop, surrounded by layers of colorful blooms.
The cake table features a custom hand-dyed tablecloth, created specifically to achieve its soft watercolor blend of pastel colors. A petite first-birthday cake completes the setting and creates a sweet focal point for photos and the birthday celebration.
The combination of hand-dyed textiles, handmade paper florals, layered draping, and custom floral details gives this design a playful garden-party feeling while showcasing the handcrafted approach behind A Maker’s Amen.
